Warranty & Support Policy
1. Limited Commercial Warranty (B2B)
Infinitycade provides a Limited Parts Warranty for all new arcade machines and equipment sold to commercial operators (the Buyer).

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
The warranty is parts-only. We will ship replacement parts free of charge (FOB China Port) upon validation of a defect. Labor costs for installation are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Exclusions (What is Not Covered):
Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Damage caused by power surges or external factors (e.g., natural disasters).
Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by non-Infinitycade technicians.
Normal wear and tear.
2. Technical Support Services
Our goal is to get your machine back online quickly and efficiently.

Process for Warranty Claims:
Contact: Report the issue immediately via WhatsApp or email, providing your original Invoice Number and the machine’s Serial Number.
Diagnosis: Our technicians will request photos or videos to remotely diagnose the defect.
Part Shipment: Upon confirmation of the defect, the replacement part will be dispatched, typically within 5-7 working days.
3. Spare Parts & Post-Warranty Service
We maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts to ensure the long-term lifespan and profitability of your investment.
Parts Availability: We guarantee the availability of spare parts for all machines for a minimum of (1) years after the date of purchase.
Post-Warranty Parts: Spare parts required after the warranty period can be purchased at the standard factory rate.
